- Day 2 — 2D/3D structure drawings and material proposal sent for approval.
- Day 3-4 — CNC foam cutting and shell sewing. Logo mock-ups attached for your choice.
- Day 5 — assembly and internal fit test with dummy equipment of the same dimensions.
- Day 6 — drop and zipper-cycle testing, final QC photos and video sent to you.
- Day 7 — express shipping with tracking. Sample in your hands in 3-5 days.
After your confirmation, mass production typically takes 20-30 days depending on quantity. Repeated orders skip the sampling stage entirely and ship 15% faster.
