The process in four steps:
- Design & engineering — send us equipment dimensions, sketches or a reference sample. We produce 3D drawings and material suggestions within 48 hours.
- Sample making — CNC-cut foam, fabric prototyping and logo options (embroidery, rubber patch, printing) usually ready in 7 days.
- Confirmation — you test the sample; we iterate until fit, protection and appearance are approved.
- Mass production — in-house cutting, sewing, assembly and QC, with third-party inspection welcome.
Material options include EVA, 1680D nylon, TPU, PP and custom-density foams. Low MOQ starts from 200 pcs for standard structures. Existing molds can be reused to cut your cost and lead time.
